Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect at [SITE], why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

We keep this short and specific on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and ask.

On this page

1. Who is responsible for your data

[ENTITY], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], India, decides how and why your personal data is processed. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act we are the Data Fiduciary. Under the GDPR we are the Data Controller.

2. What we collect

When you request the free playbook or subscribe

  • your email address
  • your first name, if you give it
  • the date and source of your signup, and which page or reel brought you

When you buy the masterclass

  • your name and email address
  • your billing country and any billing details required by the payment processor
  • your order history and the amount paid
  • tax identifiers where legally required

We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials. Those go directly to [PAYMENT PROCESSORS], who are separately responsible for them.

4. Marketing emails

If you give us your email for the free playbook, you are consenting to receive emails from us about cold outreach and about our products.

Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and ask to be removed.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential emails about a purchase you have made, such as receipts or access details.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic.

  • Essential cookies make the site and checkout function. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics cookies ([ANALYTICS]) tell us which pages and videos bring people in.
  • Advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) let us measure ad performance and show ads to similar audiences.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through [COOKIE BANNER OR SETTINGS LINK]. You can also block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We never have and we do not intend to.

We share it with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

  • [EMAIL PLATFORM] to store your email address and send emails
  • [COURSE PLATFORM] to give you access to the masterclass
  • [PAYMENT PROCESSORS] to take payment
  • Our hosting provider to run the website
  • [ANALYTICS] to measure traffic and ad performance
  • Our accountant and, if needed, our lawyers, under confidentiality

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

If our business is sold or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner, who would be bound by this policy.

7. Where your data goes

We are based in India. Several of our providers are based in the United States or the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your own country.

Where personal data of people in the EU or UK is transferred, we rely on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

8. How long we keep it

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, and then a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake
  • Customers: for as long as you have access, plus the period required by tax and accounting law in India, currently [X] years
  • Support emails: [X] years
  • Analytics data: as configured in [ANALYTICS], typically [X] months

If you have been inactive for [X] years and are not a customer, we delete your record.

9. How we protect it

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to systems that hold personal data, and rely on established providers who maintain their own security programmes.

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause you harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

10. Your rights

If you are in India (DPDP Act):

  • access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • correct, complete or update inaccurate data
  • have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law
  • withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
  • raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it

If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR):

  • access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling for marketing
  • withdraw consent at any time
  • complain to your local supervisory authority

If you are in California:

  • know what is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal data.

To use any of these, email [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

11. Grievance Officer

As required under Indian law, our Grievance Officer is:

[NAME]
[ENTITY]
[BUSINESS ADDRESS]
[GRIEVANCE EMAIL]

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

12. Children

This site and these products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will delete it.

13. Other websites

Our site and our emails link to other websites, including tools we recommend and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we suggest reading their policies before giving them your data.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we use your data, we will tell you by email.
